What you can ask
| Ask about | For example | Sidekick answers with |
|---|---|---|
| Bundle sets | "Which bundle sets sell best?", "Which sets are drafts?" | Your bundle sets by name, status and type: contents, pricing rule, anything that needs attention, and Luxe revenue and Luxe orders over the last 30 days |
| Rewards ladders | "What rewards are running?", "When does the holiday ladder start?" | Your ladders by status (active, scheduled, ended, draft): what each rung needs and rewards, and its start and end dates |
| The cart | "Is the Luxe cart on?", "What is in my cart drawer?" | Luxe cart or theme cart, the modules switched on in each area, and whether the checkout offer is on |
| Performance | "What has Luxe made me this month?", "Is order value higher with bundle sets?" | Luxe orders and Luxe-built revenue for the period against the one before, refunds, bundle set and add-on revenue, order value with and without Luxe, and your top five bundle sets |
| Opening a page | "Open the coffee set", "Show Luxe analytics for the last 90 days", "Open Plans" | A link to the bundle set or ladder, or to Home, Bundle sets, Rewards, Cart, Analytics, Plans, Billing, Settings or Product filters |
| Starting something new | "Create a build-a-box set", "Create a free shipping ladder" | A link to the matching template, a blank bundle set of a type, or the template chooser |
Performance figures are the ones Analytics shows, within your plan's analytics history.
What Sidekick does not do
- It never changes anything in Luxe. Every answer is a read, and "create" and "open" are links: nothing is created or edited until you save in Luxe.
- It never sees your customers. Answers hold your own Luxe settings and totals, never a shopper's name, email, address or order.
- It never shows fees. Your Luxe order fees and invoices stay on the Billing page.
Every answer works on every plan. Luxe stores nothing for Sidekick, and Sidekick's own processing runs on Shopify, under Shopify's terms.
