1. The agreement
These terms apply when you install Luxe Upsell & Bundle Engine on a Shopify store. They sit alongside Shopify's terms and the Acceptable use policy. They are an agreement between you and DIGITALSTORE SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13960141), which operates Luxe.
2. The service
Luxe provides bundle sets, rewards ladders, upsells, a cart drawer and AI features, delivered through Shopify app extensions and Shopify Functions. Shopify's checkout charges every price; Luxe's storefront components display predictions of it.
3. Plans and fees
Plans and rates are on the Pricing page and billed by Shopify, monthly. Growth and Pro carry a fee per Luxe order: a paid order with at least one line Luxe built, as defined in the Luxe attribution policy, What counts as a Luxe order, which forms part of these terms. Influenced revenue is never billed. Subscription renewal orders that include a Luxe set count as Luxe orders. Luxe orders above 30,000 in a billing period are free on Growth and Pro. Enterprise terms are agreed per merchant.
4. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
When every Luxe-built line of an order is refunded, cancelled or lost to a dispute, its fee is credited. You may dispute a usage charge from the Billing page within 60 days of the order if you believe in good faith that the order is not a Luxe order. Luxe approves some disputes automatically and decides the rest within 2 business days, with a reason if it declines.
If Luxe finds that a credit was claimed for an order that was a Luxe order, or otherwise in bad faith, Luxe may charge that usage again in a later period, after telling you and naming the order.
5. Luxe AI
AI features are off until you turn them on. Suggestions in the admin wait for your review. You are responsible for content you publish, including AI-assisted copy. A provider you connect yourself is used under your own account and terms.
6. Data
Luxe processes store data as described in the Privacy policy and the Data processing addendum.
7. Intellectual property
Luxe keeps its software and brand. You keep your content and data, and grant Luxe the licence needed to run the service for you.
8. Warranties and liability
Luxe provides the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
9. Uninstalling and termination
You may uninstall at any time. Pending usage is reported to Shopify within 24 hours of uninstall. Data is deleted as the Privacy policy describes. Luxe may suspend a store that breaches the Acceptable use policy.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: legal@luxesets.com.
