Honest pricing
- No misleading savings: a set's value and compare-at prices must reflect real prices.
- No optional charges added without the shopper choosing them; Luxe keeps add-ons opt-in.
- No fake urgency or invented social proof in labels Luxe displays.
Billing integrity
- Do not remove or alter the line properties Luxe adds to avoid fees.
- Disputes must be made in good faith.
Products and content
- Nothing unlawful, or banned by Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.
- No personal data typed into AI features beyond what the feature needs.
APIs and endpoints
- Respect rate limits on the bundle set endpoint: 300 requests a minute per client, 60 per client and store.
- No scraping other stores' data through Luxe, and no attempts to bypass HMAC verification or authentication.
Enforcement
Luxe may suspend a feature or a store that breaches this policy, after notice where practical. Report abuse to abuse@luxesets.com.
