The definition

A Luxe order is a paid order with at least one line Luxe built: a bundle set, or an add-on from a published upsell. Subscription renewal orders that include a Luxe set count as Luxe orders. Growth and Pro include 100 each billing cycle; after that each one carries the same fee on both plans ($0.30 for orders 101 to 1,000, $0.20 for 1,001 to 5,000, $0.10 above 5,000), and orders above 30,000 in a month are free.

Never billed

  • Orders the rewards bar only influenced. That is analytics.
  • Orders during a trial, and every order on a development store.
  • Test, draft, point-of-sale and B2B orders.

Refunds, cancellations and disputes

When every Luxe-built line of an order is refunded, cancelled or lost to a dispute, its fee is credited. A partial refund leaves the fee. You can dispute a fee from the Billing page within 60 days.

Checking your bill

The Billing page lists every recorded order with its fee and the reason: charged, included, free above the ceiling, credited or not billed.
