How it works
01A clear definitionA Luxe order holds at least one line Luxe built: a set, or an add-on from a published upsell. Subscription renewal orders that include a Luxe set count as Luxe orders.
02DeterministicMarkers on the line decide it. No cookie, session, pixel or time window does.
03Line by lineThe Billing page lists every recorded order with its fee and why.
04ReversalsRefund, cancel or lose every Luxe line to a dispute and the fee is credited. Dispute a fee within 60 days.

What is the fee?
Growth and Pro share one fee per Luxe order: 100 included each billing cycle, then $0.30 each for orders 101 to 1,000, $0.20 for 1,001 to 5,000 and $0.10 above 5,000. Subscription renewal orders that include a Luxe set count as Luxe orders. See Pricing.
